My formative years were in India and in profound ways that experience shapes and guides my thinking today. I trained as an organisational psychologist and I have taken these skills in leadership development and culture change and honed them over the last 13 years in big consulting engagements and for global financial institutions. My focus is simple: what lies behind the behaviours I can see and sense? This has involved me in some of the highest profile cases of the banking crisis; from investigating rogue trading to assessing the cultural backdrop behind failing performance. I have extensive experience in strategic change, organisation development and learning. I am pursuing a doctorate in organisations and consulting. I also teach change and organisation development on a guest lecturer basis at the London School of Economics.
Blacklight Advisory was founded in 2013 with a vision to build an advisory practice that is fresh, innovative and willing to stray away from the conventional path. We have backgrounds in academia, with practical experience working across industries and extensive experience in the field of professional services.
Our multidimensional team has many years of experience with backgrounds in organisational psychology, management, change, business and behavioural sciences. We have lived and worked around the world and are from all over the world. We also have an extended associates and coaching network that is world-wide.
