We believe that by immersing our clients in simulated situations we’re able to create a microcosm of their organisations, from which we can extract real insight. We use this immersive approach as part of ongoing engagements. We work with a fantastic, sustainable cookery school to create a cooking experience through which teams and leaders can get insight into their behaviour. By placing individuals in the situation of a high pressured kitchen, we’re able to deconstruct what happens in the workplace and extract key learning for leaders and teams. We work with our clients to ensure that the situation closely mirrors their environment and tailor the session to suit their needs.
